RES is pleased to announce that it has entered an agreement to sell its consented Derril Water Solar Farm to a Ripple managed co-operative.

We will continue our relationship with the solar farm through an agreement with Ripple to manage the construction and operation of the project.

Ripple will act as managing agent for a co-operative society whose members will own a share of the project. This will be Britain's first shared solar park. Ripple has ring-fenced 10% of the project exclusively for those in the local area wishing to purchase a share of Derril Water Solar Park. This will include all households living within postcodes EX21, EX22, EX23, PL15, PL16, PL32 and PL35.
